The seven beauties of woman

By

You've heard of the "Seven beauties", but whether you know them by heart? Sometimes you look twice more for someone who makes a special appearance, but you can not immediately indicate why that was. We bet it is dark hair with blue eyes or blond hair with brown eyes?Okay, maybe it's that beauty spot, dimpled cheeks, almond-shaped eyes, freckles, the gap between teeth or long eyelashes. The seven beauties to be seen!

The origin of the seven beauties

Nobody knows who invented the beauty rules, or why. Perhaps they are based on the classic masterpiece 'Paykar Haft (Seven Beauties) in 1197 of the Persian poet Nizami. This rhyming story is about a Shah on seven consecutive nights seven princesses visited. All seven women told him stories of wisdom, virtue and love. Another anecdote about the origin dates from the 4th century BC. A painter wanted the most beautiful women in the world on the canvas up and took them seven different girls from the street. It is assumed that all these narratives ultimately led to the seven beauties, which were passed down orally for generations.

Dimples in the cheeks

You have them, or you do not. Smile dimples, so especially visible when you smile. Or the dimples in your cheeks are there or not, depends on a muscle attachment. A dimple in the chin has also not! In recent years plastic surgeons have in England and America are increasingly being asked to operate the cheeks as "designer wells" to create. And that is not a healthy development. The operation is not a small thing: A skin part is sewn into the deeper skin, leaving a permanent scar occurs. In the long term consequences no one knows, but you can guess. Still applies: Do you have dimples in your cheeks, then that is a little beauty you can cherish, you do not, then you probably something else beautiful.

Freckles

While many people may not appreciate freckles, it's really one of the seven beauties. Already in the sixties drew women who are not blessed with light brown eyeliner freckles on their own skin. What is a freckle? Each freckle is an accumulation of melanin (pigment =) in the lower layers of the epidermis. The brown color of the freckle is created in the same way as when tanning in the sun, but the distribution of the pigment is not smooth. Freckles are about two to four millimeters wide, and they occur in childhood.Whether you have much or little is genetically determined. And sunlight creates more freckles again. Fortunately they are innocent. Are your cheeks full of freckles? Then you yourself so lucky.

Blond hair and brown eyes or dark hair and blue eyes

Contrasts are hot! Blonde people have almost always or at least light blue eyes, but a few have viewers with dark blond hair. And that gives a deep, natural yet special glance. So striking! Like blonde hair with brown eyes, a rarity, has dark hair and blue eyes too. Because this guarantees an intriguing, mystical, cool, classic look, especially if the skin is slightly to very pale shade. The eyes 'stand out', without immediately clear why. And that explains why some take longer for people with special hair and eye combination is considered. The point is that women dye their hair en masse, and you never quite sure whether the contrast is beautiful 'real'.

Little gap between front teeth

Between the two front teeth a little too big crack? Again a 'beauty', so by the way, because many find it not so nice after all and let the dentist do a correction. Or take the orthodontist a bracket that the slit should disappear. And that is not necessary, because the last years, the gap between teeth known as "the perfect imperfection." As observed in African cultures have always been found.Celebrities with this 'imperfection' just make it their specialty and in advertising campaigns increasingly see the slit. Authenticity and naturalness is back 'in'. As a bizarre result that even people who fix their mouths to reverse, or just want to express a crack!

Almond-shaped eyes

Almond-shaped eyes are eyes that are bigger on the sides and slightly run. It is seen as the ideal eye shape. These eyes were already popular in ancient Egypt. Nefertiti, the wife of pharaoh Akhenaton was already celebrated her special eyes. And she made sure she stood out even more, by the ancient version of the known kohl along the eyelids to spread. Do you have almond shaped eyes? Make eyeliner with an upward glance through the sides a little higher end (like Sophia Loren). Who has almond-shaped eyes, eye makeup can infinitely vary for every time another great effect, and also 'au naturel' an intense look. Quite rightly one of the seven beauties.

g eyelashes

Ha! Easy to create yourself with mascara and eyelash - or even nepwimpers - but that is ultimately fake. Which of itself is blessed with long, curly eyelashes may have been the proud possessor of one of the seven beauties call. And then there is no need to make them stand out. Whom they do not naturally have sometimes goes far to reach the final goal. Wimpergroeimiddelen and even eyelash to it. Because - it is thought - long eyelashes are sensual, sexy, seductive and mysterious. Fueled by advertising in magazines that women think they only count if they use mascara, and most will not go out even without the eyes to accentuate.Where eyelashes are actually for? Well, purely in order to protect your eyes from dust! But yes, maybe we'll get better with longer eyelashes ... ;).

Beauty spot

A beauty spot or "beauty spot" is still popular. Such a small black spot on the skin was already in the seventeenth century, a must on a white powdered face. Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor and Lynsey de Paul made in the past century the stain again and ensured that many modern women themselves and started making a pencil one. But of course only one of the seven beauties as a natural parent spot, and it left or right above the upper lip, between the nose and mouth. A beauty spot in terminology sometimes called tache de beauté. So close your mouth puts the matter even the emphasis on red painted lips.

"In every man's heart there is a secret nerve That answers to the vibrations of beauty." ~ Christopher Morley
